A colourful evening for Prisma
The tradition of the company dinner
Once again this year, Prisma celebrated their traditional company dinner together. The setting chosen was their completely renovated production headquarters in San Polo di Piave. This is a familiar place which, for one evening, was transformed into a communal space, helped by the mild weather which allowed the evening to be held outdoors.
The theme: colour as a leitmotiv
The theme chosen for the 2025 edition was Colour: a guiding thread that was woven into every single detail of the evening. The vibrant table settings, the dishes specially created by the chefs, the place markers featuring branded pencils, and the complimentary personalised blanket for every guest: everything spoke of colour, warmth, and belonging.
Thanks from the owners
The evening saw the attendance of all the company staff, who were welcomed by the founder Silvano Ongaro and his daughters, Paola and Anna. They emotionally thanked every employee for the passion, dedication, and human value they contribute to the company’s growth every day.
The team singing challenge
As is tradition, the dinner came to life with the challenge between the four teams, identifiable by their yellow, orange, fuchsia, and green bandanas. This time, the teams competed in a colour-themed singing contest:
- Come un pittore – Modà
- Nel blu dipinto di blu – Domenico Modugno
- Azzurro – Adriano Celentano
- Sere Nere – Tiziano Ferro
The victory was claimed by the Green Team, who moved everyone with their passionate rendition of Sere Nere.
A moment to celebrate people
Beyond the fun and cheer, the dinner reaffirmed what has always set this Veneto-based company apart: team spirit and the pleasure of coming together. It was a special opportunity to celebrate the company’s successes, but most importantly, the people who, with their work and energy, bring life and colour to the shared vision of the world that unites Prisma.
