HISTORY

Since 1983, the year of its birth, Prisma has been developing its offer in the catering sector, starting, as early as 1987, with the export of stainless steel products and professional solutions. Over the following years, Prisma has expanded its offer, developing products dedicated to the preparation, preservation and display of food and beverage, as well as refrigerated standard or custom-made elements.
This growth has enabled the company to become the ideal partner in the realisation of professional kitchens, bar counters, equipment and other furnishing elements designed to fit into the maritime and land-based catering environments.


Prisma’s offer consists of solutions for the hotellerie and hospitality sector, corporate restaurants, hotel buffets and (since 1993) for large passenger ships.
From that moment on, the evolution has never stopped, neither in the product development nor in the works. Prisma has realised internationally relevant works, thus confirming its specific technical skills and manufacturing ability, certified by obtaining ISO 9002 in 2001 and ISO 9001/2008 in 2011.

2013 saw the birth of Abimis, the domestic division of the company, which designs and manufactures professionally-derived stainless-steel kitchens for domestic environments. Stylish kitchens conceived for those who wish to own the same working tools as great chefs.
