Prisma at Hospitality Summit, 2025

Prisma attended the 2025 edition of the Hospitality Summit, the annual event organised by the K&P Group in Düsseldorf, which brings together the leaders in the world of contract catering and facility management. The Summit was hosted in the contemporary spaces of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the heart of Media Harbour and it was an opportunity for discussion, inspiration and networking with leading international companies.

The event marked an important turning point: the passing of the baton from Günter Kuhn to his son Simon, the new face running the K&P group. This generational change was accompanied by the rebranding of the Summit, which will be known as the Hospitality Summit from this year onwards and will serve as a privileged observatory on the trends which shape the sector.

Among the most significant presentations, the one by the digital expert Felix Beilharz outlined the coordinates of social recruiting and a new digital approach to personnel selection. The focus then shifted to innovative hospitality models with the presentation of The Zipper Hotel & Apartments, a cutting-edge project that redefines the relationship between hospitality, health and technology.
